Challenges
- Space constraints: The area is too small and enclosed.

- Balancing lushness with easy maintenance.
- Designing a flexible space suitable for hosting events or gatherings.
Solutions
- Incorporating neutral tones and using materials that reflect the eco-brutalism aesthetic—raw concrete, stone, and natural finishes.
- Designing an integrated drainage system to address ponding issues while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
- Choosing plants that provide lushness but are manageable in terms of maintenance, ensuring the garden stays vibrant without being overly demanding.
- Including flexible outdoor seating and space for events, ensuring it is both functional and welcoming for visitors.
How did we add value?
- Neutral tones, with gentle splashes of moving water, create a calming atmosphere.
- An urban garden feel that blends lush greenery with a modern, minimalistic approach.
- The design fosters a harmonious blend of nature and architectural elements, providing an oasis that feels both open and private.
